I had a fantastic stay at a nice and quiet hotel just a short walk from the city center. the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with excellent wifi. the highlight, however, was the value for money breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. the hotel also offered free parking, which was a real bonus, and the reception staff was kind and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Marie for going above and beyond to address all my concerns and to Angelo and Antonio for their assistance with my early morning departure. an excellent hotel with helpful staff. Walking to a nearby subway station from here was convenient, and the pool was a great feature, plus I received a complimentary upgrade that I thoroughly appreciated.

Here we stayed right by some popular places such as piazza iv novembre. There was a metro station in the vicinity. Hotel provided us with a WiFi: )

Bathroom cramped.

Good location (around 20 minutes walk or so). Excellent views of the country side from our room and breakfast was outstanding. Very friendly staff and rooms were outstanding.

The breakfast offered a good choice of delicious options. The budget room came with amenities such as a private safe, climate control, and a mini bar.- The hotel's location is really close to Perugia, a wonderful city.

The rooftop view over the Umbrian country side was stunning. The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and had lovely views of the Umbrian valley. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was far too small. I was expecting a longer pool to swim laps in. I believe the photo on the website was misleading. The airconditioning in our room did not work properly. Given that it was 40 degrees in the day time and still very warm in the evenings, our room was not as comfortable as it should have been. There was no iron available to use in the entire hotel which was very inconvenient. A hotel of this standard should have an iron available upon request. When our room was serviced/cleaned, we were only left with one bath towel and no toilet paper. Water leaked through a small gap between the shower glass door and the bath tub rim and so the water covered the floor in the bathroom. While the breakfast was plentiful, the hot food (eggs, bacon and mushrooms) were of a very low standard.

Friendly staff - speak English - rooms were newly renovated - breakfast room & dining located in separate building across driveway. Waiter for dinner was excellent - one of the best we had on this trip. Nice looking hotel, free parking & internet.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a quiet and nice location uphill. the rooms were slightly renovated and had new bathroom fittings, providing excellent comfort. the staff, especially Marie, went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure a pleasant stay. the hotel also offered a great value for money breakfast and convenient amenities such as good wifi and free parking.

wi-fi and a closet space in the room and the comfy bed. very efficient services, the free parking was available on site. not to mention free wifi! location right by perugia, a lively university town by car and an outer suburb of perugia. also, in the nearby area.
